With Qubus6 we introduce a completely new environment to control your Qubus projects. Besides participating in a project, by i.e. answering questions or uploading evidence, there's a new environment for the project managers:
- Provide users real-time information about the project status in an overview dashboard.
- Manage users and define user access based on group profiles.
- Complete workflow management: Set key dates for a new project, make the system send invitation messages to users, determine when status reports should be created and to whom they should be sent, etc.
- Schedule the availability of a project for participation or the accessibility of reports and the validity of user accounts.
- Send e-mail messages to users on selected moments to notify them of changes in their account or their project.
Qubus6 supports complex workflows. One of the major advantages of Qubus is the use of business (or decision) rules to guarantee that only relevant information is shown to a user. Multiple reviewers can work together, consecutively approving or rejecting given answers. Each item can now separately store the reviewer’s comments.
