The current version of Qubus already supports a sophisticated implementation of authorisation management to control what information users will see and what they are allowed to do in Qubus.
In Qubus6 will is taken to the next level. Qubus6 offers sophisticated authorization management to control access. Each user has a single and unique login ID, that can be used for multiple projects at once. Different authorization levels can be defined, allowing or restricting users to access and change specific information. The user’s authorization level may even vary across Qubus6 projects.
Qubus offers several possibilities for authentication. These so called ‘access levels’ give project management the opportunity to (partially) limit access and trace the activities of each user within a project. In addition, the advanced security features make Qubus an extremely safe environment.
