Installation support

The first step in the implementation process is installing an instance of the software. Our Services & Support team can assist you in installing Qubus on your location.

If you decide to use the Qubus software as a service then the installation will be deployed on our specially equipped servers. Therefore you will be provided access to your unique Qubus installation.

Customisation

After the installation of Qubus, the software provides multiple configuration options to map the platform capabilities to the specific technical and business process requirements. Although most of the configuration can be done by the project owner, the QSS team can also take care of these activities.

Some examples include: creating or importing the necessary controls, setting up the workflow, user management and configuration of standard reports.

Development Support

If the software doesn't meet your requirements, it is possible to develop additional modules that align Qubus with your specific GRC strategy. This includes not only additional reports and analyses, but thanks to the powerful scripting options it is also possible to integrate Qubus with almost any 3rd party software application on the market.

Roll outs

After a successful installation, customization and additional development the project can be rolled out to the users. This can be done by providing users the location of the software, sending out invitations and support them during use.
