Support

The Qubus Service and Support team is at your service to help you in various ways. Our professional team can provide hands-on project support to assist you setting-up and running your project, but is also available for training your staff.

Hands-on project support

  • Project assistance: assisting you in setting-up and customising Qubus to meet your specific requirements, setting up customised reports and data analysis, user management, monitoring progress.
  • First-line or second-line support: for running projects we can provide several levels of assistance to (end-)users, e.g. solving project issues, lost password management, etc.

Training courses

To help you design your own projects we offer several training options to make you feel comfortable with Qubus. Our training course 10-Step Roadmap to Building with Qubus teaches you everything from designing your project to generating advanced reports.

The one-day course provides the following main objectives:

  • Overview of the building process
  • Understanding of the steps for building professional applications
  • Hands-on experience with the standardised reports in Qubus
  • Hands-on experience with building customised reports

Both in-house and off-site training courses are possible.
